Its got a very nice yellow gold/gold color with some real depth to it. Most Chardonnays I’ve tasted lately have been on the light side. It also has some decent viscosity to it as seems to hangs on the glass. It seems to have plenty of floral and fruit (pear or apple) notes with no real off tastes. The balance seems good, not too acidic or sweet with a medium finish. It could be good with a lot of things or just by itself.
Tasty. Tart. But not for a tart. Best with mature flower girls, especially those that have blossomed and bees find fascinating.
