Well, the cork was a problem to remove. It was either stuck or too dried out. That was kind of a surprise. The whole bottle had to be decanted to get rid of the cork before any further actions could be taken. It has a nice color (in the carafe at least). It has not so much legs as rings. But its taste is kind of blah to me. No real notes of flavor to speak of. A bit of harshness at the end but not overly so. About the best note I can detect is a somewhat mineral one.
Great for a sweltering summer day mixed with the coldest spring water and a hefty dollop of honey. The colour is reminiscent of the secretions of a newborn female faun. Not that I turned it down.
