America pretends not to be socialist, fascist, colonialist
The United States today operates under a muddle of old-style European socialism, fascism and colonialism with Americanized definitions designed to hide that reality.
America's social policy, with its unending bureaucratic programs to "help" the poor, the needy, the children, the disabled, the disenfranchised that benefits the authoritarian ruling class at the expense of productive citizens is the direct result of the Democrat Party adopting and implementing the old Socialist Party of America platform along with its class warfare under the now unpopular name "liberalism."
But anyone who calls socialism "socialism" will be called unhinged, deranged or simply stupid because we're all expected to use the euphemistic code word "progressivism" and pretend it isn't socialism.
People self-identifying as progressives disparage our current economic system as "capitalism." People who believe in free markets call it "corporatism." But these are code words too. It's properly called an Americanized version of fascism, in which government uses its monopoly on power to manipulate corporations for its favored cronies so their profits are protected and their competition is blocked, all for the benefit of the ruling class criminal enterprise that controls both government and corporations.
But anyone who calls fascism "fascism" will be called unhinged, deranged or simply stupid because we're all expected to use the euphemistic code words "public/private partnership" and pretend it isn't fascism.
All American foreign policy is based on creating an American Empire by dictating to everyone how to act and killing them if they don't do as America's "leaders" say. All empires are different in their details, but they all operate on military force, political intimidation and economic bribery, to the benefit of the colonizer and despair of the colonized.
But anyone who calls colonialism "colonialism" will be called unhinged, deranged or simply stupid because we're all expected to use the euphemistic code words "spreading democracy" and pretend it isn't colonialism.
Whatever one wing of the statist Democrat-Republican One Party Syndicate champions the other wing pretends to oppose, so both can pretend to offer a "choice."
Many will disagree with these labels and their definitions because they have their own pet labels and their own favored definitions to either explain or explain away what they really mean.
In the end none of these words matter anyway because there are only two realities: There is the freedom of libertarianism while everything else is the slavery of authoritarianism.
Libertarianism needs no code words.
