midland, tx Judges are worse
Here in Midland Tx. in an original suit, grandparents filed a suit for intervention for conservatorship. standing for managing conservatorship for third parties is exclusively outlined by Texas Family Code 102.004 the parent was found fit and appointed managing conservator and filed a timely answer stating the grandparents take nothing. the judge gave the grandparents his child over the parents objections the parents presumption is not rebutted in any way shape or form. the parent even timely and validly filed an objection to the associate judge hearing the case. that was ignored as well. The parent told the elected judge in a following hearing that the grandparents lacked standing because they did not overcome the requirements to be a party. the Judge agreed that there must be a finding of harm from parent to child however he failed to dismiss the grandparents he stated we will argue standing later. and left the child in the grandparents possession. Midland Courts are corrupt.

Corrupt Family Courts
Its not just Midland family court, its every family court in every city in every state, including all cities of Canada as well. We need to take our kids back from these crooks. Its all about money, and thats all. Repeal the Bradley act for child support, because thats where all this insanity came from. Disband CPS and family court as well. Thousands upon thousands of father's have taken their lives and a few non-custodial mothers as well. Family court is the most corrupt branch of the justice system. Enough is enough.
