where is that road tax going?!
When we see TXDOT going toll, there is one fact that I have yet to see being presented...
In 1988, Texas voters amended the Texas constitution to allocate one-fourth of the gas tax to the education fund. This was supposed to be for property tax relief (boy, that really worked) but it has come back to bite us in the you-know-what. Can Texas voters repeal this amendment??
