A somewhat atypical wine, without the citrus taste I find in other Blancs. It could be a nice change of pace.
It’s got a clear, bright, pale straw or straw yellow color with some structure to the wine. A lot less citrus taste than some others, and not quite as dry as some I’ve tried. There are some melon notes with some apple under notes, but without a lot of citrus. It’s not too dry and has a smooth finish with good balance.
