Fonseca Port Aged 10 Years Portugal

This is about the fourth port I’ve reviewed. I still think Taylor Fladgate and Warre’s Otima have the edge...

It’s got a clear, bright, medium garnet color with some structure to the wine. There’s plenty of dried fruit to the taste with some moderate sweetness. There doesn’t seem to be any off notes to the wine. There’s a nice balance and a medium finish but there also doesn’t seem to be any complexity to this port.

Grade C+ Price: $23
