After reading the above article I feel I need to comment. You say that you are not a Left lane Bandit yet you drive in the left lane when not passing other vehicles. There is no reason to drive in the left lane unless you are passing traffic. Stay Right Except To Pass! (always)
You said if you were given a nano-second to move over, that you would have. You should have already been in the right lane!
