This one tasted better in the store than at home. Not a bad wine by any stretch of the imagination, just not what I remembered tasting in the store. Did I somehow get the wrong bottle?
It’s a clear, bright, if pale, straw-yellow color. There’s slight, weak fruit aroma to your nose with pleasant if simple bouquet. The fruit notes follow on to your tongue along with some sweetness, not a lot of acidity with an OK balance and short finish. I’m starting to wonder what I liked about this wine in the store.
