Osborne 2005 Solaz Spain

An all around nice wine. You can drink it alone (but really, who likes to drink alone?) or you can pair it with food. Try it with roasted pork or some salted, dry roasted pistachios.

Bacchus speak:
A light burgundy colour with a touch of violet. It sheets and eventually develops numerous thin legs. The nose has a hint of berry (blackberry?) with maybe just a whiff of petroleum. It has a nice drinkable balance with no overt tannins and a mild finish.
