Petit Bistro 2005 Chardonnay

A better sipping wine than a dinner wine, I fear.

It’s a clear, bright straw yellow color, (of medium depth as I recall) but with no real nose to speak of.. Some tropical fruitiness can be had and it’s has no real acidity, (a decidedly “wet” taste.) There’s no real off notes, but nothing notable either. A sipping wine and not a dinner wine. Try some of the other Petit Bistro wines instead of this one. I liked them better.

A little tart and a little bitter, but really not that bad. Not my normal cup of tea (so to speak) but I could easily use this to get a woodland nymph to frolic naked in the moonlight..
