Taxpayers First Amendment

Section 1
The earner shall have the first claim on his earnings. The need of the government for revenue is a secondary claim and shall be the last part to be taken out of income. Thus, however many days’ of earnings to be taken as taxes shall be the latter nn days of each year.

Section 2
If there is to be a graduated income tax, the highest bracket shall be the last days of the year, the lowest shall be the first days of that year’s tax period.
