What a joke.... Ha ha.... Even if it's less then the legal limit allowed (depends were you live). One beer or one glass of wine is enough to slow down your reaction time... even a little swallow will do that... If hydration is a concern... drink lot's of water and take a bottle full of water with you in the vehicle!
