Its color is somewhat light for a chard. Nice "legs" owing to the 14.5% alcohol content. Oak note definitely there. With maybe some apple/pear sub-notes behind it. Apple and pear seems to follow through on the palette. Nice kick at the end. Overall it feels a trifle thin. I was hoping for a fuller taste overall. But it's nicely balanced at the end. And it has a nice finish.
Grade: C+. Price: About $13
It is best tasted off a Water Sprite's lips. She will naturally soften the abundant sweetness.
