Why is it that I cannot accept the concept of a father image in the sky that controls my past, present and future? I cannot ever remember believing in God, or Jesus or any spiritual power. Could it be that I never had a father image in my mind, but simply a series of step fathers? I understand that this image of the great protector comes from childhood when the physical father who protects the family is transferred to a spiritual father. In my mind, there was no step-God!

I am surrounded with people who have committed their lives to a spiritual focus and I honestly cannot see the benefit to their lives except to give them a short cut within their thinking process. Millions of people, who can't figure out why our bodies and minds are on the earth, give up and simply explain it as "God's Will."

These spiritual believers take no responsibility for the evolution of civilization. They are born to breed; not to excel. The church leaders are using the bible to demand more children must be born to increase the numbers in each tribe and faith group. These are simply the warriors who will go to war and destroy the followers of what they call "false gods." It is no longer the survival of the fittest but the survival of the sheer numbers of the tribes.

Somebody wrote up these biblical laws that any action that stops the development of a fetus is an abomination. This includes homosexual actions, birth control procedures and of course abortions; chemical or physical. If the endgame is to out breed and destroy other cults, that is a sad excuse for their entire existence.

In my opinion our planet is large enough for all kinds of people and their gods. With the religious wars, it seems as if we are heading for a distribution of having to live within the areas of our gods and the constant plans to destroy the nations where one god is a different one. Israel decided to make their new nation a part of their Hebrew faith. Their biblical laws are incorporated into their daily lives openly and honestly. They are surrounded with nations made up of Muslims, which has been a source of constant war since 1948. They will continue to kill each other until they succeed. It means the loss of an entire history of the first religion based on a single God. There is a possible loss of a strong cultural civilization being destroyed and for what?

Most of the European nations have accepted people of all religions and now are facing terrorists who are still trying to out breed and out arm what they call the infidels. America was designed from the beginning to keep religion out of the government and to insure that all American citizens are free to worship any God or none. I will always be disappointed that our Separation of Church and State was not made a part of the First Amendment and in the last 6 years has been overlooked under the leadership of a man determined to make America a Christian nation. President Bush has no concept of the freedom from religion that he is trying to destroy. As a Christian he can see only one point of view and that is that his God is the truth and others should be given no space to grow. He bows to the Judeo-Christian concept but only for the votes they bring to him.

Had America kept the contract with the Constitution and raised our generations to recognize that part of America that gave equality to all and respect for individual freedoms not found in other nations. Instead a push for prayers in the schools took over the teaching of American values and tried to replace them with Christian values. The difference is our loss of individual freedoms and require people to look to the federal government to what is acceptable in every new Administration. It is to the point that we will be electing leaders who agree with our concept of morality.

Our public and private schools do not teach the values that have separated America from the rest of the nations; they tend to teach how to follow authority without questions. They tend to instill Judeo Christian values and eliminate American values and we have two generations of Americans who have no clue what made this nation great. The illusion is that God designed our Constitution and our laws and Americans should never question this.

Many of our founding fathers doubted that we Americans could keep what they designed and they seemed to have the insight to recognize that the loss of even small freedoms would eventually lose all of them. We begin to look to the government, not the laws, but to the people in the government to tell us what is right versus what is wrong. We expect our government to be our national and religious leaders and it is not set up to be either. The citizens of America hold the final decisions of how America is to be run. Unless we know and understand the Constitution was written to protect us from the government, we will never continue as a nation of free people and will end up requiring a dictator to lead us.

We only have to look at other nations to see the weakness in their lack of government leadership to see our own future. How did we allow our Constitution to fail us? Why do we elect our government leaders to simply change the rules when it suits them? Where is the oversight groups called our Congress who should be watching out for our freedoms? They are not! Our Constitution has lost its power to protect from the government and nobody is looking out for our freedoms. We have no recognizable American Values any more as they have been taken over by the very people we elect and sadly they are based in a destructive Judeo Christian movement.

Our government is being run by men and women who were taught all the shortcuts through our culture that plainly hand us the concept that America is under God's protection and there is no need to question the authority in D.C. There is no need to teach evolution in our schools, no need to finance embryonic stem cell research and no need to allow same sex marriages. Our Federal Government is being trashed by the Judeo Christian movement that will ignore if not destroy our individual freedoms but it will encourage and grow our desire to declare wars on nations who worship the Islamic religion.

We are back to the Crusades only this time we have the power of nuclear weapons. This time we can seriously destroy any God who is a threat to America's dedication to Jesus Christ. It's been a long fight to get this far and the voters decided in 2000 that the fight for the survival of Jesus Christ has to be fought and won.

I have had to recognize that America is now a Christian nation and the rest of us had better fold up under the pressure or get out. The churches now have the House and Senate along with the White House, and all the cabinets that go with it. Our current White House knows that there is no other free nation available and they are having to black mail all of us who want our freedoms returned. The threats of terrorism are now running the nation. The greatest threat comes from our own government and the Constitution has become worthless to protect us.

How can we tolerate this loss of individual freedoms? How can we continue to respect leaders who have taken this ridiculous short cut through our culture and simply give in to a God that has turned deadly?
