200 vs. 6 billion

At the odds of 200 against 6 billion, you'd think the 6 billion would win hands down.

Nope.

There are approximately 200 countries in the world, with roughly one leader each. There are approximately 6 billion 'other' people in the world, most of who are 'not' free.

So exactly how do these 200 control what the other 6 billion can do? It's pretty obvious to anyone who consumes any sort of news the 6 billion aren't exactly happy with the 200, so why don't they just kick their ass?

30 million to one? There aren't enough tanks in the world to stop those odds.
