Somewhat out of my usual price range (and type) but I’ve gotten to were I like a nice port once in a while. You might too. Nice before or after dinner
This port has a clear, bright, medium depth brick red color and some definite structure. It has a moderate, mellow sweetness and has some dried fruit and vanilla notes with some nutty notes underneath. These notes for the most part follow through to the palette. It has good balance and a medium to long finish. The 10 years in wood has mellowed the harshness of the port quite nicely.
