Dear Friends & Members:
We have a unique opportunity to push the Trans-Texas Corridor fiasco
in to the Presidential race by contacting CNN/Univision now before
this Thursday's debate in Austin between Senators Obama and Clinton.
Will you join us in contacting CNN & Univision to urge that they ask
a question concerning the Corridor, an issue that concerns all
Texans, and particularly the 1.3 million Texans who voted independent
in the 2006. All the pundits say that independents will be pivotal
in the Texas primary on March 4th -- but they don't necessarily know
what issue is most important to us.
Send a note urging that CNN ask Obama and Clinton a question that
hits the nail on the head -- why has the Governor of Texas not heard
the voices of Texans on the Trans-Texas Corridor, since both parties'
platforms are opposed to it, and independents are universally opposed.
Do this in your own words -- we're not sending you a canned question
as we know you will speak from your Texas hearts!
Do you need to know more about the Corridor? At the bottom, is a
brief statement by Independent Texans on the subject with ten reasons
why we are calling for a Congressional investigation and hearings.
Send your own BRIEF note to CNN/Univision right now to all of the
folks below my signature. We hope you will urge all your friends and
organizations of which you are a member to do the same! We want to
know where the candidates stand on giving Texans a fair chance to
stop the Trans-Texas "Catastrophe"!

CNN's specific question on TTC?
I just received the above from Linda, but I basically have the problem with it that CNN doesn't commit to identifying the specific question on the Trans Texas Corridor (TTC). Given the known duplicity of the corporate owned press outlets of this country, it's not too hard to read between the lines, and come up with CNN is going to toss a softball that's easy to hit over the fence, and has no chance of bringing the dishonesty, corruption, and fraud of the TTC to light.
My suggestion?
Keep those calls and letters flowing until CNN (Univision) will publicly state the question they're going to ask.
