Patriots and Nationalists

I hear a lot about people being Patriots these days, mostly from folks who have no idea what a Patriot is or how one dresses or acts. By the same token, I never hear anyone shout that they are a nationalist. Why are they so afraid of the word? The Feral State and its media bureaucrats have never had an ad campaign against nationalists. Maybe it’s because they are nationalists but don’t want you to know it. And people of that genre know instinctively that there is a bias against a nationalist, but not a Patriot, although the State has worked hard to change that. Patriotism is a personal mindset. It is similar to a faith, where individuals shape their own world and have respect for the world so created. Eagles are the embodiment of Patriotism.

The Patriot is the one who respects his country and sees it as a reflection of himself. With respect for his country he has self respect and respect for other Patriots in other lands. He matures with a sense of VALUE and is able to create VALUE within himself as well as his community and country. He is an individual on whom others rely and cling to, to help them through life. He knows the value of integrity, honesty, and dignity, but not the Power of Pride. If he deigns to join a political party, it will be to stress returning to the values of the Original Constitution. He believes that the concept of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness should be enjoyed by all citizens, but not at the expense of others. His VALUES are anathema to fraud, greed, and corruption found in the lifestyle of America today. He is aware that so much has changed in America since its founding that if the first five Presidents of the United States were alive today, they would be hunted as seditious terrorists and sent to Guantanamo if captured.

A Patriot also realizes that it is possible to be born in any country but not have the philosophy of that country. In other words, not a Patriot of that country. A denizen, yes; a Patriot, no. To wave a little plastic flag (made in Taiwan) and goosestep around shouting nationalistic slogans and listening to prattling politicians’ promises to the world (at taxpayer expense of course) is not the essence of Patriotism. The mass of the weakest citizens amongst us care not to discriminate between the country of birth and the country of philosophy. The Patriot, on the other hand, respects not only his birthing country but his birthing planet as well. When the values and laws of any country on earth are compromised, the flag of that country is no longer representative of that country including America. Because the differences are known to all, it is no wonder the State passed a nationalistic bill called the Patriot Act. A Patriot tends to think, then act. He or she sees through the smoke and mirrors of the rhetoric to find the answers to their daily lives. Their perception does not allow them to go to war based on one person’s idea that another nation has weapons that may scare nationalistic Americans. They did not buy the weapons of mass destruction story.

Their minds work on the principle that the glass is at least half full, and life must go on regardless of the problems around them. They raise a family, they have faith in their Creator and their creation with or without religion, they do not depend on others for their lives and their livelihood but do depend on other responsible people in their lives on a regular basis, and they have compassion for the less fortunate. They believe in VALUE for VALUE, something for something. Compare that to the nationalist rape of the US Treasury where the lumps get handouts from the taxpayer, something for nothing. In fine, the Patriot has what the nationalist has never had, self respect.
Nationalism is very paternalistic in nature where the State advertises its exploits and the citizen feels the Power of Pride, because of the power of the State and the masses. Lemmings are the epitome of the nationalistic spirit, as it is a herd mentality. To keep the feeling high, there are constant security problems and crises to be addressed and conquered by the State for the security of the citizen at the expense of individual freedoms. The nationalist 'feels' part of the game by tattling on his neighbor or joining groups to sway legislation to 'help' other citizens conform to ’guidelines’. Conduct becoming a lemming is common fare for a nationalist. We see it where we work, where we play, where we live; the status quos' way of bringing everyone into the fold and down to a level of existence that they can understand. The net effect is to make the whole society more pluralistic and more dependent on the whims and proclamations of State bureaucrats. Kind of a 'no child of majority left behind'. It also ensures that ‘everyone’, including those who have the self respect and sense of responsibility to save for the future, will help pay for those moronic blunders in the economic fabric of the State which will occur from time to time. The recent bailout fraud will impoverish savers and the profligate equally, destroying the economic well being of the total nation in one swell foop, something to make any nationalist truly giddy. Of course there is every reason to believe that the recent economic breakdown was not an accident.

Probably the worst part of nationalism is the one party system appearing to be two parties. On the one side democrats question and quarrel amongst themselves to the point of distraction and tend to be more argumentative about the different socialist programs being offered. They are generally more querulous, openly manipulative, knee jerk over the concerns of others, and generally like to run with the herd. The other side of the one party system tends to knee jerk for their own aggrandizement, especially with other peoples' money, they are covertly manipulative, pretend to be strong but rely on others for their strength and money, like to spy and be underhanded, are paranoid and like to intimidate others.

Neither half of the party is capable of being Patriotic however because they each must embezzle VALUE from the citizen and the State for their own purposes. They have compromised the Constitution as the Tory Alexander Hamilton wished, until we have now become a police state full of overweight, irresponsible crybabies. Yes, Alexander Hamilton was a Tory - he was a fervent supporter of Washington and the struggle for freedom, but upon realizing freedom, he wanted the United States to be an economic vassal of England with the people of the executive and legislative branches to be permanently in power. He also wanted to illegally use the ‘general welfare’ clause for his own purpose as the nationalists were finally able to do in the 1930s with Supreme Court help.

The pluralistic nature of the nationalist is one of his least understood strengths. If one of them wishes to feed off the people over here, and another wishes to feed off the people over there, they will make a law for each of them. This is seen in every session of congress where everyone has a place to put his snout at the trough, as long as he runs with the rest of the herd. When the herd size expands for the sake of making the trough bigger, the quaint term is 'bipartisan' as it is spread all over the news. The lumps seeing the news are then absolutely giddy over the fact that the government is 'getting along'. The difference is actually a difference of mindset much like the interpretation of the Constitution. Patriots do not interpret the Constitution, they follow it; whereas a nationalist ‘interprets’ it freely so that he can gain the most largess out of the Treasury possible under any law or ’guideline’ which overwrites and defiles the Constitution itself. Sadly, this mindset has allowed the most fraudulent, the most strident, the most corrupt, the laziest, in short, most of the least of humanity to rape a country which statesmen and philosophers in the past have called the most perfectly balanced government in the history of the world. 97% of the registered voters in America approve of this looting.

Because the nationalist tends to exalt one country (theirs) over all other countries and their peoples, the chance for disputes among nations is a real danger. This is a real problem on a planet that has gotten increasingly smaller over time and where trade between nations is critical to ease shortages of food or raw materials for technological advancements. A nationalist tends to be quite vocal in his fears of what other people will do to him, if they get the chance.

A nationalist likes material form in his idea of his country - he needs a flag waving, either on a pole, or one of those little ’made in Taiwan’ ones to wave at rallies and such. Red, white, and blue bunting and balloons with some speech by a ’bigwig’ or ‘official’ or even an ‘authority’ at a nationalist party gathering (republican or democrat - they‘re both the same) brings cheers and tears to the eyes of the participant. They see purple mountain’s majesty, amber waves of grain, their candidate in office, a car in every pot and a chicken in every garage. They are blinded, nay, intoxicated by the fever. THE HERD STARTS TO STAMPEDE.

What they don’t see are the young men and women dying for weapons of mass destruction, which existed only as a lie. They are dying for a State that orchestrated Ruby Ridge, Waco, the Murrah Building, The Twin Towers, as well as the losses of private property and the American dream, to untold millions of citizens.

They are dying not for a comfortable life where a person can help their neighbor out of compassion so the neighbor can have a comfortable life too. They are dying for a hackneyed society where grabbing loot and destroying others is the theme, even if from the immediate neighbors, with the idea that those destroyed are what the ‘welfare agencies’ are for.

Do we really need to destroy the lives of our young people for this?

The nationalist-socialists seems to think so, as long as they are not required to go. Then the nationalist-socialist passes as many programs as possible to help and protect the ’little children’, even if the parents are sent to jail or bankrupted trying to protect themselves and their families - only to ship the little tykes off ten years later to some inane war instigated by some substance abuser where they get blown to pieces, giving the national-socialists something to watch on the evening news. Why build Coliseums when the masses can be controlled with a TV?

Naturally State owned academia and media will make excuses for American Imperialism for the remainder of the life of the State; their subservience is based on the goal of grants and favors from their political masters. Their State- backed voice will drown out reason as they cover the airwaves touting their education which has long since superceded the lack of native intelligence. But the national-socialist masses find their shallow analysis to be heady stuff and the degreed jingoism sets well with them. It gives them a sense of pride, a reason to believe in their leaders - they have been educated by the State to believe they have a moral imperative to break the law they are supposed to respect and uphold, Natural Law.

But then the nationalist masses in pre-war Nazi Germany did exactly the same thing, for exactly the same reasons.

The mid 1930s Germany saw an increase in prejudice and violence against folks who had self-respect and treated their citizenship with dignity and honor. The nationalists abhorred that and opted to destroy them, their homes, their lives, and finally chased the majority of them into exile. Finally the borders were closed so the Nazis could exterminate the remainder. The word Nazi is the shortened version of the German word national-socialist. Their homes were nationalized, expropriated from them for the good of the State and its cronies, just like rulers of America are starting to do today. We call it eminent domain.

Many German patriots left for other countries, America amongst them (it was still relatively free at that time), to avoid persecution. In contrast, today an estimated 25% of Americans are considering a move out of the US or have bought property outside US borders for a possible flight to safety, or have already moved out before the final solution begins.

BRAIN DRAIN IS ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS THE RUIN OF A BELLIGERENT COUNTRY THAT HAS SUSPENDED THE RULE OF LAW FOR THE RULE OF TYRANTS. THESE TYRANTS WILL BE YOUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS, MOST WILL HAVE CHEAP DEGREES OF ONE SORT OR ANOTHER!!

When the Nazis destroyed their own Reichstag (Capitol building), Hitler immediately made and passed the Enabling Act to help Germany fight - you guessed it - terrorists, when they themselves were the terrorists. He slipped that one right by the German people; anyone who complained might end up in jail, or worse. Of course, we had 9/11 to get our copy of the Enabling Act, called the Patriot Act. Who are the terrorists now?

The Nazis hired the unemployed masses, gave them all brown shirts (called the SA) and let them send terror throughout the country, and then crowed that they had solved unemployment. In America, the State also hired the unemployed, and the unemployable, for citizen harassment in the name of security - surely the TSA stands heads and shoulders above the mass of nationalized, armed lumps wielding power in their own little domains. They needn’t worry though, all their domains are destined to grow, exponentially.

This is the world of the nationalist, the world of greed, of cowardice, of broken allegiance to the concepts of civilization. Exploitation and subjugation are their methods, guns, violence, and force, their hallmarks. We see that as the law breaks down, these internal terrorists will become bolder and bolder finally taking chunks of the US for their own personal use. In the meantime, the violence shown the lump on his television was meant to cow him, and to educate him to the fact that violence is the State’s answer to anything against the State, whether or not it is against the Organic Constitution, civility, or our society. We recall that one of the basic criterion of the Common Law of the Constitution was that the citizen was responsible to his fellow citizens and was to reimburse them for any damages caused, whereas today, the State controls all and takes all damages, for the ‘good of the State’.

Unfortunately, indoctrination in America’s schools has been focused on rote memorization of simple tasks without teaching a student how to think or reason. This is the root element in the nationalizing of our youth; it’s been going on for four generations.

A new president has been elected, president-elect Obama. Let’s cheer the removal of the past Oval One (thank You Gore Vidal) but let’s let the new guy show us not what he intends to do but what he can do. When the last one was elected (well, unconstitutionally appointed actually) the evangelical-nationalists thought he was the Savior-to-be. Ha! That was a thighslapper! They got the Armageddon right, but are still awaiting the Rapture! But the lumps, forever losers, go from promise to promise, buying Lottery tickets, hoping to strike it big before they die. We’ve heard the promises - but it’s a different game in the Oval Office than on the stump. Good luck, though!
