American taxpayers fund a racket that wrenches the stomach. That is CPS. Some of those involved claim their are just following orders, others just pocket the bounty on children wrenched from their parent's arms. Nuremberg answered the question of orders; profiting from human trafficking should be a capital offense.

Texas Judge Barbara Walther authorized the removal of more than 400 children from an FLDS compound in Texas and their placement in foster care.

Both an appellate court and the Texas Supreme Court have ruled that the children and parents must be reunified. Even now Judge Walther is blocking the reunification by attempting to get parents to sign agreements with Child Protective Services before they can be reunited with their children.

Barbara Walther's actions constitute one of the greatest violation of constitutional rights in the State of Texas and she should be impeached and removed from office. This petition will be forwarded to Texas lawmakers after enough signatures are collected.

Signing this petition does not mean that you necessarily support the FLDS and their religious views.

The Texas Third Court of Appeals issues a writ of mandamus to Child Protective Services (CPS) that its kidnapping of the FLDS children was illegal and CPS has ten days to return the children. CPS won't let go, files an appeal with the Texas Supreme court, and then indicates it will ignore the Third Court of Appeals' writ to return the children within 10 days. Maybe because each kid taken could represent income of ~$400,000 to CPS?

Hopefully, the Third Court of Appeals will continue to do its job properly, and issues contempt of court fines to CPS officials after the ten day deadline is up. We could be so lucky if that also includes jail time!

"I was wondering if you are aware of what goes on in the Clark County school system in regards to the treatment of students, ... policies and actions that border on something straight out of a prison.

"Students who are deemed 'behavior' problems are expelled from regular school and sent to something called 'behavior school'. Once there they can expect to be strip searched -- strip searched. I still find this hard to comprehend. The system apparently treats children as some sort of enemy, to be controlled, to ensure docile compliance.

Courts, the IRS, CPS, you name it. You think it is government. It is the system that harvests your money and assets as profits. It is also used on people who present problems to make sure they stop doing that. You need to know.
