Impeachment

Texas Judge Barbara Walther authorized the removal of more than 400 children from an FLDS compound in Texas and their placement in foster care.
Both an appellate court and the Texas Supreme Court have ruled that the children and parents must be reunified. Even now Judge Walther is blocking the reunification by attempting to get parents to sign agreements with Child Protective Services before they can be reunited with their children.
Barbara Walther's actions constitute one of the greatest violation of constitutional rights in the State of Texas and she should be impeached and removed from office. This petition will be forwarded to Texas lawmakers after enough signatures are collected.
Signing this petition does not mean that you necessarily support the FLDS and their religious views.

Almost thirty years ago, as mayor of the City of Cleveland, I
confronted the money, the power, and the arrogance of private
corporate interests seeking to rob our citizens of one of their most
valuable public assets: a municipal electric system that provided low-
cost power to much of the city, Muny Light. As I observe the
political machinations regarding the Trans-Texas Corridor and related
attempts to turn publicly financed highways into privately controlled
profit centers for giant corporations, I find the similarities chilling.

Okay, Mel Gibson enters rehab to have his anti-Semitism changed like the oil in his car. We have several young girl actresses sitting in rehab in Arizona to get over their cocaine and alcohol problems. Well, why not a large rehab center set up for the hypocrites in the White House and Congress and then take on the lying snakes who leak security information to the press? We can't seem to put these rotters into prison so maybe a rehab might be discussed. There is an unlimited need for Americans to review their morals and ethics. This morning we learn that a list of Reserve Army Officers have abused the money set aside for Iraqi rebuild and have sent the money home for their own use. There must be a 12-step program for stealing tax payer's money for personal use.

Has the world turned into a revolution among Nations and Sects? It is bad enough that our soldiers are in the middle of a terrible sectarian fight in Iraq but what about the people in America? Is our problem in America also a fight between the Liberals and the Conservatives? Should we not be returning to the two-party system that used to explain to all Americans that we all had a choice of whether we wanted the difference between the Republicans and the Democrats?
In searching for the agendas of each party it became fairly clear that the Republicans were Corporation-driven Capitalists and the Democrats were driven by the workforce unions in America. We managed to have a fair balance and often a less than friendly division between big business and the workers. It took both sides of the aisle to keep the balance between the two to make the system in America work.

Mary is having a baby and if her father were not Dick Cheney her gay life style and relationship would not be worthy of a murmur. But when grand-daddy made billions selling hate for the self imposed American "Aristocrats", allowing Cheney to chose the questions to avoid the relevant topics, is wrong. Shame of Wolf Blitzer for allowing the Vice Hypocrite to evade the questions that should be asked - and answered.

NIX ON Bush: Take Back the Republican Party, Install Ron Paul, by The Melinda
http://www.reasontofreedom.com/nix_on_bush_install_ron_paul.html
When Nixon starts to look warm and fuzzy and kindly you know you have a problem. it is time that all Americans, but particularly Republicans asked, first politely, and then took action to vacate the White House. We have a better idea, and that is swearing in President Paul, a man the Right and Left in America all know they can trust.

Dear River,
Your post "A Lynching..." is excellent as usual, but I did want to reply to the below statements.
> "America the savior… After nearly four years and Bush's biggest achievement in Iraq has been a lynching. Bravo Americans."
I've been reading your site for years. I've had a link to it for close to two. I'm continually horrified at the atrocities US forces (and their lackies) are doing to Iraq and Iraqis in supposedly my, and my country members, name. Please don't paint us all with the same brush.

Thought of the moment:
Good men and bad men differ radically. Bad men never appreciate kindness shown them, but wise men appreciate and are grateful. Wise men try to express their appreciation and gratitude by some return of kindness, not only to their benefactor, but to everyone else.

Americans voted NO on the Bush Administration. Mark December 10th as Impeachment Day
http://www.reasontofreedom.com/vote_no_bush_december_10_impeachment_day.thml
American has never seen an administration more corrupt or more arrogant that the one that confronts us lead by George W. Bush. Fed up with the systematic abuse of our freedoms, Americans came out in droves to fire the GOP. Now, it looks like the Democratic contingent moving in will refuse to do what 51% of Americans want, move for impeachment. So Americans are now ready to take action. The Sons of Liberty would recognize them as soul brothers.
Please join the True American Patriots on December 10th and call for impeachment.

A Republican Woman asks why Democrats do not demand Impeachment
http://www.reasontofreedom.com/why_democrats_do_not_demand_impeachment.html
The tea was held upstairs, past open doors that held the portraits of First Ladies and mementos of previous administrations . . . The sandwiches were delicious – but subsequent events have persuaded me that to remain loyal to America I need to ask that Laura's husband be impeached. Since it is clear the Republicans are not going to clean their own house I am urging Democrats to act now and remove both President Bush and Vice President Cheney from office.

Tea at the White House was lovely, and the hostess graciousness itself. But it is time to impeach her husband, George W. Bush.

US Representative John Conyers on Thursday, June 16, launched an unofficial preliminary inquiry into the perfidy—deliberate breach of faith; calculated violation of trust; treachery—of the president in taking the country to war. The meeting was held in a cramped Capitol hideaway conference room. (Republicans tried to further sabotage the gathering by holding key House votes during the afternoon.)

Judging by the harsh facts, shouldn't there be a clamor to send him packing?

Impeachment of the Bush-Cheney copresidency for high crimes and misdemeanors for, among other offenses, its deceptive justification of the war in Iraq and the government's wholesale assault on human liberty.
