Once again you get what you pay for. A better choice if for no other reason than it’s not as cloyingly sweet as say Beringer White Zinfandel. You’ll spend twice a much, but you’re worth it.
This white Zin is a fresh wine with a medium yellow-rose color. Your nose might detect some fruit and floral notes but they are faint at best. It has a low acidity and gentle, honest sweetness that might really set this apart from other white Zins. Unfortunately the lack of any distinguishing notes on your nose follow through to your palette. It does however have a nice balance if a somewhat short finish. It would be nice perhaps on a hot day.
